KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
To select and interview the shortlisted candidates.
To hire qualified candidates that match the client/project requirement.
To be resourceful and using the tools provided efficiently.
To meet the required daily targets by MGT.
To ensure that the ATS and candidate record are updated in a timely manner.
Profile:
ATTRIBUTES
Min Diploma holder with experience in recruitment.
Bilingual profile – English and French at C1 level.
Good interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under deadlines.
Flexibility to work odd hours.
Previous experience to work with an ATS like Workday.
Appropriate knowledge in Bulk Recruitment specific to BPO and call centers.
