The Digital Marketing & Communication Specialist plays a key role in bringing to market the SmartFleetDX suite of technological solutions. He/she will be central in creating awareness, increasing credibility, and generating leads. From a SmartFleetDX perspective, he/she will be contributing to deliver revenue growth. From a client standpoint, he/she will enable them to be aware and excited about the benefits they get from the SmartFleetDX digital solutions.

What will be your responsibilities?

Digital Marketing development:

  • Manage the digital marketing platforms, including website and social media, develop the content and optimise technical performances.
  • Survey the digital environment, stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies.
  • Propose adoption of new technologies to increase BIA’ digital presence to increase brand awareness, leads and new customer generation.
  • Be an ambassador of digitalization in the company. Guide, educate and train team members and other departments on digital tools.

Branding & Communication:

  • Actively take part on the development and implementation of the yearly communication plan based on the strategy defined.
  • Convey the overall representation of the company and brand’s identity in the market.
  • Be accountable for the implementation, analysis, and optimization of digital campaigns. Develop accurate reports on overall performance.
  • Assess and select third party and digital marketing service providers. Negotiate budgets and services to maximize return on investment in strict respect of budget.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience within a company or an agency. Proven track record of delivering on a broad range of digital and traditional marketing activities; ability to be hands-on with most tools and channels needed to execute on the marketing plan.
  • Degree in Digital Marketing / Communication; or other formal marketing education, or trainings to perform the essential functions of the job. Includes degrees, certifications, licenses.
  • Experience marketing SaaS/data solutions preferred.
  • Languages: both French and English needed.
  • Google Tools: Google AdWords / Google Analytics / Google Looker
  • SEO Tools:  SEMrush/ Google Search Console [master]
  • Social Media Management Tools: Hootsuite/Buffer/Sprout Social or any similar [master]
  • Email Marketing Tools: MailChimp, Flexmail, HubSpot or any similar [master]
  • Content Management Systems (CMS): Customized CMS / WordPress [master]
  • Graphic Design: Adobe Creative Suite: Mainly Illustrator / Photoshop / InDesign [Intermediate]
  • Video Editing Tools: Final Cut Pro or Premiere Pro [Intermediate]
  • CRM (HubSpot or similar)
