- Actively contribute to BD sales in terms of new clients with a defined target and with a focus on targeted markets.
- Prepare client offers and proposals.
- Understand clients’ needs to align our DTOS existing service offering.
- Assist within the on-boarding process to ensure a seamless handover from BD to Operations.
- Assist in planning effective business trips’.
- Provide support in implementing new sales and business development initiatives in view of identifying and win new opportunities.
- Position the Company as a service provider of choice whilst maintaining and developing Referrals’ relationships in view of generating new business opportunities and revenue.
- Market Research
- Constantly abreast of latest sector/market development as well as regulatory changes and transfer the knowledge to colleagues.
- Prepare/assist in preparing RFPs, technical and financial proposals for clients as well as presentations, marketing materials and any other relevant collateral required.
- Work closely with the marketing and Communication Managers to develop specific collaterals, presentation and publications to support business development initiatives.
- Ensure that the Company brand and reputation is maintained to the highest standards.
- Networking and Lobbying
- Ensure effective cooperation / liaison with key colleagues across the Company.
- Represent DTOS externally and expand brand awareness with existing relationships.
- Develop and build relationship with a network of Referrals both locally and overseas in order to increase new business opportunities and revenue.
- Take part to professional forums and event and nurture relationship with regulatory bodies.
Profile:
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or Marketing.
• Any relevant experience in Global Business Sector.
Other requisites
• A can do, positive person.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of the regulatory framework.
• Finance and Accounting literacy.
• Handle multiple cases simultaneously.
