We are currently looking to recruit immediate potential candidates to join our growing after sales team for our partnered UK Company Hyundai Power Equipment.

The ideal candidate should have an excellent command of both written and spoken English language and should be perfectly comfortable working in a small team or independently. Within this role you will deliver front-line help and support to our client’s customers in an effective and efficient manner. You will be professional, courteous, analytical, empathetic and have exceptional organisational skills to manage customer cases from start to finish.

Profile:

Role Responsibilities
- Ability to identify the nature of queries, inform, advise and propose relevant course of actions.
- Capable to demonstrate strong communication skills through emails and telephone calls.
- Make use of relevant business processes and online tools to follow up with the queries.
- To maintain and develop quality relationships with the company's stakeholders.
- Regular reporting required to the hierarchy for continuous improvement.
- Provide administrative support to the team as and when needed

Pre-Requisites:
- Excellent level of English (both written and spoken)
- At ease with formal email writing and calls
- Attention to details
- Energetic and proactive in approach to work
- Active listening, attentiveness, effective communication and conflict resolution skills
- Well-organised, responsible, reliable, professional and good work ethics
- Customer and results oriented

Technical and Business Skills:
- Minimum requirement: Diploma
- English language certification (A or B in General paper HSC) or IELTS or any other relevant recognition
- Knowledge or experience in customer service processes or related area
- Additional marketing and administrative skills would be a plus
- Knowledge of ticketing systems would be an advantage
