HUMAN CAPITAL ASSISTANT (Temporary contract)

 

MAIN DUTIES:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the Human Capital functions and duties.
Prepare job profiles and shortlist of candidates.
Conduct phone interviews and schedule interviews.
Maintain HR database.
Employee file management.
Any other duties as requested by Management.

Profile:

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position.
 

OTHER REQUISITES

Dynamic, committed and proactive.
Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills.
Conversant with Microsoft Office tools
Strong organizational skills and good team spirit
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
