Key responsibilities :
  • Develop annual operating budgets and monitor budget expenditures
  • Collect, compile and analyze program activity data
  • Prepare statistical and narrative program reports
  • Develop and implement tracking and reporting, to maintain records of program activities and deliverables
  • Plan and perform internal audit assignments over certain procedures
  • Assess risks and evaluate the adequacy of internal controls
  • Support the daily operations of a business program
  • Develop or assist with the development and implementation of procedures, to ensure efficient implementation and execution of programs

  • A minimum of 2 years practical experience in the Finance or Accounting sector.
  • Bachelor holder in Accounting & Finance or partly ACCA qualified would be an advantage
  • Fully proficient in Ms Office Excel
  • IT proficient and ability to work with IT systems/tools like PowerBI and SAP
  • Fluent in English and French
  • Analytical, disciplined, strong attention to details and inquisitive nature
  • Results oriented and ability to organize and prioritize work to meet tight deadlines
  • Able to multi-task and deliver under pressure
  • Good sense of initiative, enthusiasm and team spirit
