As E-Learning Consultant you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to assist professional work groups in developing and revising e-learning courses. Supports projects internally and responsible for tasks and assignments associated with the development of training. Responsible for providing coaching and training on the Learning Management System (LMS).

Project management, instructional design & development
• Manage and deliver multiple digital design and development projects
• Create and/or revise e-learning by converting existing documentation and training materials into engaging and effective online courses and taking part in the continuous content process improvement
• Develop e-learning content and videos using appropriate software
• Work in collaboration with project team to design and develop SCORM compliant e-learning
• Develop storyboards and scripts for e-learning
• Incorporate changes recommended by internal clients
• Review designs for errors before communication and/or publishing
• Upload and configure e-learning content into learning management system
• Coordinate with project team for quality testing and deployment in LMS of developed modules
• Keep up to date with latest trend in E-Learning development
• Integrate emerging instructional methods and technologies into E-learning
• Evaluate training effectiveness and competences acquisition (ex – Kirkpatrick Model)

LMS & Reports
• Utilize knowledge of LMS capabilities to recommend delivery strategies that yield a rich, meaningful, and dynamic end-user experience
• Utilize LMS reporting capabilities and develop custom reports to assist with planning and managing the company’s training and development initiatives
• Provide regular reports on Learning & Development (L&D) activities
• Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

• Optimize internal communication for cross-functional departments or trainings on SharePoint, emails, etc. to develop awareness and inform on L&D opportunities
• Maintain and coordinate activities for the SharePoint Document Management System (DMS) for the HR Department
• Market available training to N+1 & employees and provide necessary information about sessions

• Assist the L&D Team for the logistics and organizational aspects of the Group training activities and guarantee an optimal service to our internal and external customers
• Coach and train employees and new recruits on the LMS or for new e-learning modules


• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Development, Graphic Design or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience required in instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and design media production
• Experience with e-learning design platforms and/or software to create SCORM packages or digital trainings and communication
• Academic background specialization in computer graphics, web design, e-learning development, animation creation
• Office software applications (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• E-Learning development tool (Articulate 360, iSpring, Adobe Captivate, Adobe Creative Cloud, SnagIt, Powtoon, Vyond, etc.)
• Good knowledge of video editing
• Ability to learn new applications, processes, and technologies quickly
• Adaptable and creative with organizational change and initiatives
• Excellent organizational, self-management, and time management skills
• Ability to respond to last minute changes and requests
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment that involves multiple Subject Matter Expert
• Experience in working with a Learning Management System would be an advantage
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
