Summary

As SmartFleet Monitoring Engineer, you will be responsible for the analysis of data from different equipments equipped with telematics devices.  You will be also dedicated to provide specific reports as per customers’ needs and requirements; and assist in the continuous development of the team.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

1. Remote Monitoring Services

• Provide remote monitoring services to BIA operation as per SmartFleet contracts
• Provide timely reports and analysis with added values
• Use preventive maintenance conditions KPIs to monitor and report on customers’ fleet operations
• Send proactive alerts to BIA operations and customers
• Provide Saving analysis based on TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) simulations
• Advance Analysis crossing Data from various sources to drilldown reports exceptions

 

2. Maintain & Develop Dashboards

• Maintain & develop Machine Performances dashboards/integrated analysis
• Maintain & develop Machine Health Monitoring/misuse dashboards
• Develop predictive maintenance analysis and strategy from BIA SmartFleet
• Develop ad-hoc dashboards based on business and operations needs

 

3. New Analysis & Statistical Tools Development

• Develop statistical strategy to quickly highlight data exception
• Support automation and integration of developed Statistical analysis
• Improve available analysis in SmartFleet environment
• Provide consulting services to customers in implementation plans and assessment of SmartFleet Suite solutions

 

4. Training/Coaching

• Organize regular training for operations/businesses & customers
• Train/coach new SmartFleet Analyst
• Keep E-learning module update and/or improve content

 

5. Others

• Define best telematic data source & data collection solutions
• Provide timely daily, weekly or monthly analysis, alerts & reports according to our contractual SmartFleet commitments
• Provide production and condition monitoring support by accessing SmartFleet tools and other data, analyze and create periodic reports on key operations and recommendations
• Ensure data availability and consistency over the time by performing regular data “sanity checks”
• Be able to perform light QlikSense coding to develop and improve available SmartFleet dashboards
• Perform various analysis on fleet/machine data using integrated SmartFleet analytical functions or other tools, such as Excel
