Key responsibilities (not limited to), assisting the Director of Operations and Administration with respect to:

  • Liaising with Management Companies / Administrators.
  • Ensuring that all day-to-day corporate matters are completed.
  • Liaising with Investors on Subscription documents and due diligence documents.
  • Preparation of financial statements.
  • Calculation of Net Assets Value and preparation of Investors NAV Statements.

Required Skills:

  • 4-5 years working experience in Fund Administration.
  • ACCA qualified or equivalent.
  • Ability to interact with various stakeholders.
