ROLE :

As a Reservations Executive, you will oversee all points of customer engagement, addressing queries, converting leads into sales, and ensuring a seamless reservations process. Your role is pivotal in driving business success by increasing sales conversions and enhancing customer relationship management.  

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat bot, social media, web, or in person courteously and promptly. 
  • Tracking customer experiences across various channels and collaborating with other departments to enhance services and brand awareness. 
  • Assisting customers with reservations issues, amendments, cancellations, and processing payments. 
  • Aligning customer experience strategies with marketing initiatives and informing customers about new product features. 
  • Implementing tools and software to address customer needs effectively. 
  • Ensuring compliance with the reservations department roster for seamless customer service. 
  • Documenting processes, technical issues, and customer feedback. 
  • Anticipating customer needs and providing proactive assistance. 
  • Demonstrating thorough knowledge of company products and offers. 
  • Upholding company standards and policies. 
  • Identifying operational issues and suggesting improvements. 
  • Encouraging sales through upselling additional services or special packages. 
  • Performing any other ad hoc responsibilities provided by senior management. 

 

Profile:

Education: 

  • BSc degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality and Tourism Management, or relevant field. 
  • Minimum SC/ HSC with relevant experiences. 

 

Competencies: 

  • Fluency in English and French (written & spoken). 
  • Understanding of sales principles and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences. 
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with a team-player attitude. 
  • High degree of professionalism and good time-management skills. 
  • Understanding of hotel management best practices and relevant laws. 

 

Experience:

  • 1 year of relevant experience. 
Advantages:

WORKING HOURS:
Shift system. Exact working hours to be determined as experiences and locations. 

Head office: Monday to Saturday (Mon-Fri 8.00am to 5pm and 11.00 to 8pm) (Alternate Saturday: 8 to 6pm) 

Agency: Monday to Sunday ( Morning and Night shift till 8.30pm and Sunday half day) 

COMPENSATION:
Basic Salary: Between As from 25,000 +  (Based on Experience)
