• Supervise the outlet FM and carries out routine inspections
  • Innovate new cocktails and drinks in the bar
  • Ensure that all outlet FM provide an effective and efficient service at all times
  • Maintain excellent interpersonal relationships amongst the team
  • Inform FM on VIPs and specific requests
  • Conversant with daily events

 

Profile:
  •  SC Level / NC 4 / Tourism Management
  •  At least 3 years work-related experience in F&B operation as Assistant Supervisor or 1 year as Supervisor
  • Pleasant, good communication skills, attention to details, pro-active
