Our client, a well-known Hospitality Group in Mauritius is looking for a Manager – Talent Acquisition and Performance to join its team. Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, you will be at the heart of talent acquisition strategies and projects for the Head Office and its hotels.

Job Purpose:

  • To identify key areas of recruitment and recommend potential candidates for employment.
  • To develop a database of potential candidates for future recruitment
  • To continuously monitor the development of employees for
  • Main Duties and Responsibilities :
  • To identify the key areas of recruitment, research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting (local and expat).
  • Continuously develop networks and partnerships to actively build database/pipeline of candidates
  • Stay attuned with the market practices and benchmarks to ensure our competitiveness.
  • To act as Brand Ambassador and strengthen the Employer Brand in line with the DEI principles ( Diversity, Equity and Inclusion).
  • Ensure an outstanding onboarding experience though best in class processes.
  • Manage the performance management process to continually
  • Promote staff development
  • Act as trainer

 

Profile:
  • Professional qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent related field.
  • 4-5 yrs. in the field with a minimum of 2 years in a similar position
  • Hospitality experience will be a plus
