Profile:
  • Professional qualifications: Certificate or diploma or any alternative qualifications or certifications in the field of IT systems
  • Proven work experience at least 2 years in IT support or IT technician role
  • Warm, welcoming and pleasant personality
  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft office or office 365
  • Must be well versed with internet and networking protocols
  • Organization, focus and attention to details
  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team under time pressure
  • Organized and diplomatic
