  • Proven work experience at least 2 years in IT support or IT technician role

  • In-depth knowledge of Windows operating system windows 10 and 11 and Microsoft office or office 365
  • Must be well versed with internet and networking protocols

  • Ability to work on own and as part of a team under time pressure
