F&B OUTLET MANAGER

As a F&B Outlet Manager, we will expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. F&B ASSISTANT (RESTAURANT)

CHEF DE PARTIE

We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to our client’s contentment. The ultimate goal is to expand our clientele and reputation to ensure long-term success.

STEWARDING SUPERVISOR

We are looking for a responsible Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others but will also be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.

STEWARD

With our 100% Mauritian concept, we are looking for a Steward who will make sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses. We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie for our Pastry department to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to a client’s contentment.

CHIEF STEWARD – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

The Chief Steward will be responsible of maintaining cleanliness of kitchen back and buffet area, service ware as per set standards and supervise the team, ensuring that the hotel standard and cleaning/ sanitizing methods in the kitchen areas, buffets and canteen are employed.

STEWARD – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

Zilwa Attitude is looking for a Steward who will make sure all plates, glasses, bowls and silverware are perfectly cleaned between uses. The ideal candidate should have a previous experience in a similar role with excellent customer service and problem solving-skills.
