CHIEF STEWARD

The Chief Steward will be responsible of maintaining cleanliness of kitchen back and buffet area, service ware as per set standards and supervise the team, ensuring that the hotel standard and cleaning/ sanitizing methods in the kitchen areas, buffets and canteen are employed.

COOK

Situated on the North Coast of Mauritius in Calodyne, Zilwa Attitude (4*), hotel of the group was launched in
November 2013. The hotel, with its 100% Mauritian concept pride themselves on the culinary creations served from their kitchen, and are looking for an experienced and passionate Cook to help support their team.

FOOD HYGIENE COORDINATOR

The Food Hygiene Coordinator will be performing experience level secretarial, clerical and administrative tasks in confidentiality. Type letters, memos, confidential reports, presentations, agendas for meetings, management correspondence, and other documents as well as editing, formatting, proofreading, assembling and binding of documents.

CHEF DE RANG

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE

Are you creative, confident, detailed oriented have a previous experience in a similar position. Do not hesitate to join our The Ravenala Attitude Hotel. As the Demi Chef de Partie, you will be required to oversee works in the kitchen assigned by the Chef de Partie.

BEACH WAITER

Outrigger Resorts , a 5- star hotel in the South is looking for a Beach Waiter to work under the the guidance and supervision of the Beach Supervisor, and within the limits of established, policies, oversee and directs all aspects of the restaurant service and parts of the operation.
