JUNIOR SOUS CHEF

The Junior Sous Chef responsibilities will include the independent management of a specific kitchen section in absence of Executive Sous Chef and ensure efficient and high quality food production while minimizing wastage.

CHEF DE PARTIE (Kitchen)

LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the position of CHEF DE PARTIE having a minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably in the hospitality industry OR a minimum of 2 years of working experience as Demi Chef de Partie or similar position in a 5 star hotel.

ASSISTANT COOK
