The Cook will be performing basic culinary tasks and assist the Chef de Partie or Demi Chef de Partie in food production.

CHEF DE PARTIE (PASTRY) – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

We are looking for a professional Chef de Partie for our Pastry department to amaze the patrons of our establishment with excellent cooking according to the chef’s recipes and specifications. Your work will be an important factor to a client’s contentment.

CHIEF STEWARD – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

The Chief Steward will be responsible of maintaining cleanliness of kitchen back and buffet area, service ware as per set standards and supervise the team, ensuring that the hotel standard and cleaning/ sanitizing methods in the kitchen areas, buffets and canteen are employed.

JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

The Junior Sous Chef responsibilities will include the independent management of a specific kitchen section in absence of Executive Sous Chef and ensure efficient and high quality food production while minimizing wastage.

SOUS CHEF – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019
