The post holder under the direction of the IT Services Manager will assume
responsibility for the evaluation, selection, implementation, integration,
maintenance, upgrade, documentation, troubleshooting, and instruction of all IT
Infrastructure systems and services. Related duties include configuration and
administration of associated hardware and software, applying appropriate
security measures andprovide enterprise level technical support to customers and business
partners via phone, web, email, chat and other support channels as required.
This includes working closely with both internal and external teams and vendors
to guarantee continuous uptime, delivery on Service Level Agreements, as well
as maintaining site performance and operations.
