Kitchen Commis

The Kitchen Commis is responsible of all precooking and cooking of dishes for all hotels’ outlets.

Reservation Agent

The Reservation Agent has the main responsibility to ensure that all systems and procedures run smoothly and efficiently at all times.

Restaurant Hostess

The Restaurant Hostess coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests. She schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. She greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. She adjusts complaints of guests, assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.

Spa Receptionist

The Spa Receptionist is responsible for providing the highest level of customer service for guests at the USpa, by providing succinct and accurate information, taking bookings, and ensuring complete guest satisfaction.


The Steward is responsible to maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the Kitchen and its related outlets and premises, garbage rooms and to ensure a constant supply and control of all operating equipment for the Kitchen Department in a manner consistent with the standards required by the hotel.


The waiter serves a table according to the standard procedures. Controlling of cleanliness, condition and completeness of place settings, plates and dishes, table cloths and napkins on tables.
