Food Service and Production Coordinator

In line with Winner’s mission “To Help People Live Better Lives by Creating Enjoyable Shopping Experiences”, the Food Service & Production Coordinator is responsible to overview the overall management of the Food Service and Production department a specific supermarket and work in close collaboration with the Supermarket Manager.

YEP TRAINEE (HUMAN RESOURCES) – HERITAGE RESORTS ACADEMY

Trainee required on 1 year YEP contract basis Degree/Diploma holder in HR or Business Management / Hospitality Candidate should be eligible and already be registered on the Youth Employment Programme (YEP).

HOUSEKEEPING ATTENDANT/CLEANER

The Housekeeping Attendant/Cleaner will be ensuring proper daily hand-over at the end of the shift to the Supervisor.
The candidate should have at least 1 year experience in hotels or resorts.

WAITER

Veranda Paul & Virginie Hotel & Spa is currently looking for Waiters who will be serving F&B in the hotel outlets. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year work-related experience in F&B operation and NTC3 holder.

COOK

Heritage Le Telfair is looking for a COOK who will be complying with Quality Management System and S&H regulations and policies and collect ordered food items from store. The ideal candidate should have 2 – 3 years experience as Assistant Cook.

HEAD WAITER

The Head Waiter will be supervising the quality of the service offered to guests, taking guests’ order promptly and doing the proper follow up. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years work-related experience in F&B operation as waiter or 1 year as Chef de Rang.

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (CARPENTER)

The job holder ensures that technical and administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner to support the technical personnel in the delivery of the specific piece of work or project.
