JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – CLOSING DATE: 10 FEB 2019

The Junior Sous Chef responsibilities will include the independent management of a specific kitchen section in absence of Executive Sous Chef and ensure efficient and high quality food production while minimizing wastage.
