NaviPartner is looking to hire Customer Support with excellent customer service skills for full-time employment at Navi Parnter’s office in Mauritius.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The job of the Customer Support is to provide maintenance service to a wide range of international clients primarily in the retail sector, who are using our tailored Microsoft Dynamics NAV solution. You will be offered a wide variety of servicing tasks including soft- and hardware configuration as well as Clients requests for education.
The job consists of at least one-month training within normal opening hours (8am to 5pm), after which you will transition into nightly shifts. We will attempt to cater for your preferences, but we are looking for candidates that are ready to work night shifts (between 5pm and 10am).

Wage Attachment Specialist I

The purpose of this role is to ensure payroll wage garnishments are processed accurately and on time, performs other duties and assignments as directed by management or as business needs dictate. Attend department and company meetings, in addition to individual training sessions pertinent to the job responsibilities and lastly support and/or participate in company, departmental and team projects/initiatives.

TRANSACTION PROCESSING REPRESENTATIVE (NIGHT SHIFT)

CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER (ITALIAN)

As the Customer Service Officer (Italian), you will need to adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client / Process in terms of quality, productivity and schedule and to attend to information requests from customers and track the status of consignments on the system.

Spa Therapist

The responsibility is to ensure that each guest contact session is a delightful experience to the guest; observe and highlight service areas which can be improved to maximize guest value for money.

The responsibility will be to ensure all interactions with guests, are handled professionally and with care adhering to hotel’s policies and procedures.
