Chef de Partie

As the Chef de Partie you will be leading a small team to perform daily food production in an assigned outlet, independent management of the assigned post in the kitchen area.


The responsibility of the Bartender is to manage bar operation and order and maintain liquor and bar supplies.

Beach And Pool Butler

Welcomes guests and provides a high standard of Food & Beverage service on the beach and around the pool.

Bar Waiter – Closing Date – 22nd of January 2017

Is responsible for the service of beverages to the guests in a friendly and courteous manner in all the
restaurants or bars.


To prepare beverages whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic; cold or hot and maintain appealing display, cleanliness, order, set-up and “mise en place” of the different bars, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests as per the Hotel’s standards.

Bar Waiter

A Bar Waiter is meant to deliver friendly, efficient customer service and to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all of our customers, with the key aim of retaining and attracting new customers.

Waiter( F&B Commis)

Assisting waiter/tress in the preparation and service of food and beverage within the service standards established by the Hotel leading to guest satisfaction and zero complains.

Cook (Hot/Cold Section)

The cook (Hot/Cold Section) will have as main responsibility to perform preparation work for food items for the various outlets and actively participates in all food production areas of the Kitchen Department.
