DEMI CHEF DE RANG

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Food & Beverage Manager will be providing strong support and assistance to the Resident Manager in order to ensure the proper management of the Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar position in a 5 star hotel.

F&B HOSTESS

To welcome and seat guests politely, to take orders for food and drinks, and to assist the Chef de Rang in delivering professional and friendly service to guests in restaurants, bars, rooms and during various catering functions, as per the Hotel’s standards.

CHEF DE RANG – BAR

The Chef de Rang will be responsible for the Bar section, and guarantee the highest level of guest satisfaction by commonly greeting guests as they arrive if the headwaiter is otherwise engaged.

CHEF DE RANG – ROOM SERVICE

Lux* Grand Gaube is looking for a CHEF DE RANG for its ROOM SERVICE division and to provide professional, courteous and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.

STEWARD

LUX* Grand-Gaube, 5-Star Hotel is hiring for the position of STEWARD. The candidate will actively participate in cleaning the food production areas of the outlet and ensure that all the kitchen utensils and equipment are in proper and safety conditions as per the Health and safety regulations.

We are looking for a responsible Stewarding Supervisor to oversee the workflow at our facilities. The role is a complex one. He/She will not just be someone who supervises the work of others but will also be responsible for coaching, resolving issues and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.
