Bartender

To prepare beverages whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic; cold or hot and maintain appealing display, cleanliness, order, set-up and “mise en place” of the different bars, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests as per the Hotel’s standards.

As a Demi Chef de Partie you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities.

Food & Beverage Manager

Hotel 20 Degrés Sud, a 4 Star Hotel located in La Pointe aux Cannoniers is looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who will be responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations.

Barman

Prepares alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and serves at bar counter, flying bars and during outside catering functions. Ensures food service as well at the Bar areas.

Restaurant Hostess

The Restaurant Hostess coordinates activities of dining room personnel to provide fast and courteous service to guests. She schedules dining reservations and arranges parties or special services for diners. She greets guests, escorts them to tables, and provides menus. She adjusts complaints of guests, assigns work tasks and coordinates activities of dining room personnel to ensure prompt and courteous service.
