As the Senior Food & Beverage Coordinator you will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Food & Beverage Department by ensuring that coordination, administration, communication functions and duties of the department are carried out in a professional, discreet, exact and prompt manner in accordance with company policies.


The Head Waiter will be in charge of welcoming & accompanying guests to their tables, presenting menu card to guests and answering to any queries they may have as well as informing guests of special events at the hotel. The latter will also need to provide effective and efficient supervision and delivery of all Food & Beverage operations, the highest level of guest service, and meet budgeted targets.


As a Senior Bar waiter you will ensure that all guests are served as per the company standard in the Bar or Lounge areas. You will ensure that the highest standards of hospitality and welcome are demonstrated at all times within all food and beverage areas.

The Junior Sommelier will be creating and updating the wine list in coordination with chefs and the Food and Beverage Manager as well as recommend food and wine pairings. The ideal candidate should have a certification as a Sommelier or be a degree holder in hospitality as a plus.
