Our client, a international company specialising in eCommerce, is looking for a Catalog Assistant. Odd Working Hours: Afternoon / Night shift.
The Employee will work as part of the Marketing Team to maintain and develop the group’ sites catalog offers which include the categories, the products and the static pages management (CMS). The Employee will be in charge of creating and updating the products and you will assist the Catalog Manager in the production and mailing and in the creation of the seasonal campaigns.
The Employee is bilingual French and English speaker and will also work as part of the Customer Support. We require the Employee to communicate verbally and in writing with customers, internal and external contacts in France, UK and USA. Needless to say the Employee will need to have excellent communication skills, a helpful & professional telephone manner and previous experience of working with customers.
If required, the Employee will be in charge of prospecting some business customers in France, UK, USA and Mauritius. For France and Mauritius, you will have to get appointments with the prospects for our commercial people.
