DEMI CHEF DE RANG

LUX* Grand Gaube is looking for a Demi Chef De Rang having a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury sector, to maintain appealing display, cleanliness and order of the restaurant, to prepare cold and hot beverages, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests in allocated section of restaurant and during various catering functions, as per the Hotel’s standards.

FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER

The Food & Beverage Manager will be providing strong support and assistance to the Resident Manager in order to ensure the proper management of the Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in a similar position in a 5 star hotel.

BARTENDER

LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the position of Bartender. The candidate should have either a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the hospitality industry or a minimum of 1 year of working experience in similar position in a 4 or 5 star resort. Relaunch your career today.

SPA THERAPIST

LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the post of SPA THERAPIST having a recognized qualification in Aesthetics and Massage or Spa Therapy and a minimum of 1 year of working experience as Therapist in a Resort’s Spa department OR at least 1 year of working experience in a similar position in a 5-star resort.

PUBLIC AREA CLEANER

LUX* Grand Gaube is looking for a devoted PUBLIC AREA CLEANER having a prior working experience in the hospitality industry as an advantage. The candidate will be responsible to clean assigned public areas and to relay information concerning the status of public areas to and from the Housekeeping Department.

GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER

LUX* Grand Gaube is currrently looking for a confident and passionate GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER to provide a warm welcome and personalised service to guests, and handle their requests for information and services during their stay, whilst promoting the facilities and services offered at the Hotel.

CONCIERGE

The Concierge will be assisting guests with reservations and queries, supervise guests arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.

STEWARD

LUX* Grand-Gaube, 5-Star Hotel is hiring for the position of STEWARD. The candidate will actively participate in cleaning the food production areas of the outlet and ensure that all the kitchen utensils and equipment are in proper and safety conditions as per the Health and safety regulations.

PASTRY COOK

LUX* Grand Gaube is looking for a PASTRY COOK who will be responsible to perform preparation work for food items for Pastry outlet and actively participate in the pastry duties of the Kitchen/Pastry Department.

CHEF DE PARTIE (Pastry)

The Chef de Partie will be responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of the Pastry Section and participate in other food production areas as required.
