COOK

​LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the position of COOK having a minimum of 2 years of working experience as Assistant cookin a 5 star resort, who will provide assistance in the preparation of the food items for the outlet(s) and actively participate in all food production areas of the Kitchen Department.

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE (Kitchen)

LUX* Grand Gaube is hiring for the position of Demi Chef De Partie for their Kitchen Department. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of working experience preferably in the hospitality industry OR a minimum of 3 years of working experience in the position as Cook in a 5-star resort.

CHEF DE RANG – ROOM SERVICE

Lux* Grand Gaube is looking for a CHEF DE RANG for its ROOM SERVICE division and to provide professional, courteous and efficient presentation of food and beverage service to all guests.

DEMI CHEF DE RANG (Bar)

The Demi Chef de Rang (Bar Section) will be guaranteeing the highest level of guest satisfaction will be the focal point. He/She commonly greets guests as they arrive if the headwaiter is otherwise engaged.

BARTENDER

LUX* Grand Gaube is looking for a Demi Chef De Rang having a minimum of 1 year of working experience in the hospitality industry preferably in a luxury sector, to maintain appealing display, cleanliness and order of the restaurant, to prepare cold and hot beverages, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests in allocated section of restaurant and during various catering functions, as per the Hotel’s standards.
