Demi Chef de Partie

The responsibility is to assist the Chef de Partie in setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participate in other food production areas as required.

Bartender

To prepare beverages whether alcoholic or non-alcoholic; cold or hot and maintain appealing display, cleanliness, order, set-up and “mise en place” of the different bars, and to deliver professional and friendly service to guests as per the Hotel’s standards.

CHEF DE PARTIE ( HOLD/COLD SECTION)

RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participates in other food production areas as required.

DEMI CHEF DE PARTIE – PIZZA MAKER

To assist the Chef de Partie in setting up and maintaining food production and quality control of all food items prepared in assigned station, and participate in other food production areas as required .

Security Officer

To perform protection and enforcement functions rapidly and courteously, to take appropriate action and report immediately to superiors any potential or imminent safety/security problem to resolve.

Night Entertainer

To organise and co-ordinate the smooth and efficient operation of various sports activities.

Concierge

To assist guests with reservations and queries, supervise guest arrival and departure, co-ordinate and arrange special requests and organise the delivery of guests’ luggage with porters under the supervision of the Head Concierge.

Telephone Operator

Operates the switchboard for incoming and outgoing calls.

Receptionist

To provide a warm welcome and personalised service to guests upon check-in and handle guests’ requests for information and services during their stay, while promoting the facilities and services offered at the hotel and ensure proper check-out of guests, as well as the settling of bills and to provide foreign exchange service.

Porter

To handle guest luggage on arrival, departure and during stay in an efficient manner.
