Canal+ Contact, a subsidiary of Canal+ International, is the expert Customer Relationship Center for the French overseas territories.
Its activities focus on enhancing customer expertise, including Customer Service for both inbound and outbound inquiries, Digital Customer Service, Back Office Support, Technical Assistance, Recovery, Customer Retention, and administrative / support activities.

Work environment
We work five days a week on a shift system from Monday to Saturday, allowing us to provide round-the-clock support to our customers but also flexible scheduling options to our employees as we prioritize work life-balance. Administrative and support employees primarily work from 10 a.m to 7 p.m.
